Kari Quaas – 88 Keys Gallery – GroWashington

2017 Pioneer Square Spring Clean

I make photos. Generally, they’re of people, pets, my surroundings both here and abroad, and small events. I’ve been told that I put people at ease and they believe that I see things that most people don’t. Photography has been a draw and passion of mine since I was nine years old. Cats, too. I have a penchant for travel and love the opportunities I’ve had to travel to the countries where my grandparents came from – Norway, Sweden and Germany.

I live in Everett, my hometown, with my husband, Oliver, and our cats, Bitches (yes, that’s her name), Johan, and Gatita.

Because of my full time conservation job and volunteering with NW Neighborhood, my photography falls fourth on my to-do list, but I rarely miss an Everett sunset. Follow me on Instagram for my latest captures. @KariQuaas / @EverettSunsets / @EverettSunrises

See Kari’s photography during the month of July and the july 19th Everett Art Walk from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. GroWashington in Everett, 3013 Colby Ave, Everett 98201 (425) 293-8880
