2016 Everett Arts Award Winners Named


The City of Everett has named the arts award winners for 2016. Here’s the recent announcement along with the date, time and place of the upcoming ceremony.

The Everett Cultural Arts Commission has selected the recipients of the 24th annual Wendt and Mayor’s Arts Awards.
Mayor Ray Stephanson will honor the award recipients during a public celebration on Thursday, Feb. 9, at the Everett Performing Arts Center, 2710 Wetmore Avenue.

Doors open at 6 p.m., and program begins at 7 p.m. All are welcome. click here to link to the Everett City website.

Mayor’s Arts Awards

In recognition of Everett’s growing arts scene, the Cultural Arts Commission created the Mayor’s Arts Awards to honor art educators, artists in the community, arts organizations and emerging artists that have made an impact on the Everett arts community.

This year’s Mayor’s Arts Award winners are:
