Mahllie was born in Seattle, WA. She started taking art classes at Everett Community College when she started the Running Start program through Snohomish high school. She launched her online art store in April of 2020. You might recognize her from the documentary, “What Happened On First Street” by Drake Wilson and Carolyn Yip. In 2020, Mahllie led and organized many Black Lives Matter peaceful protests in Snohomish, WA. Mahllie as well as hundreds of other local protesters weren’t going to tolerate racism, police brutality, and armed vigilantes to take over their small town.
Last February, her first solo art exhibition “Love Games In A Flowering Garden” was displayed at Lucky Dime in Everett, WA. She’s currently inspired by botanical illustrations and painting on plywood. Look out for her next art exhibition, “SELF”, coming soon in the downtown Seattle area.
