Ru Otto – is a lifelong visual artist, writer, and community organizer. Born in Defiance, Ohio, in 1946, she contracted polio at two years of age and is now confined to a power wheelchair. Even chair bound, her disability has never stopped her from fully exploring her many interests. Recently, she has been living and working as a resident abstract artist in the Everett Artspace community.
