Die Laughing celebrates the life and work of the late Pacific Northwest artist R. Allen Jensen (1935–2022). A sculptor, performance artist, and longtime professor, Jensen was known for bold mixed-media assemblages that confronted aging, mortality, and the human condition — often with humor and unflinching honesty. A significant voice in the Northwest art community, his work continues to resonate today.
On view February–March, with a possible extension through April.
Zamarama Gallery – Thursday from 5 – 9pm @ Zamarama Gallery 2936 Colby Ave.
